Assess your abilities to lead and manage a company\, and evaluate market and sales potential for your products/services. \nThis comprehensive workshop incorporates the Michigan Small Business Development Center’s (SBDC) fundamental Writing a Business Plan workshop and fully covers determining concept feasibility\, startup costs\, financing options\, the basics of business planning\, along with other necessary resources to launch. \nThe workshop features instruction by a SBDC Business Consultant and is a prerequisite to meeting with a SBDC consultant one-on-one. The workshop is free ($59 cost is underwritten by the SBDC)\, however registration is required. This course is required for the Business Development Certificate.
